Our client is a small business owner, who runs his own florist and wanted an eCommerce website. As well as being attractive with good photography, the website needed to include a special form to make it as easy as possible to for customers to order flowers with or without addon items, and including extra fields.

Many flower delivery websites include a long check our process with upsells for gifts and balllons etc. Our client did not want that as it can lose the focus on the flowers, gives the visitor more opportunity to change their minds about the purchase.

It was decided to include a bespoke order form for each product directly on the product page, right beside the beautiful photo of their flower arrangements they have chosen, encouraging the customer to reach a decision to purchase and immediately fill in the simple step-by-step order form.  The customer can quickly click to the cart to complete the purchase, making the whole process streamlined and easy.

The hardest part is choosing which of the lovely flower arrangements to send!
